Meet-Ups FAQs
Logistics
-
For easy check-in on the day of the event, you should register your dog and upload their vaccination records at least one day before the event. If you weren't able to upload them, we'd really hate for you not to be allowed to join the party, so please make sure you have all your dog's vaccination records up to date and ready to show our team members so that we can ensure the health and safety of all of our members.
-
Our weekend morning meetups last from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Event attendees have the Yard to themselves during those hours. We open the doors to everyone at 12 p.m., but meetup guests are welcome to stay!
-
Yes! Unlimited package holders can always come and go as they please. Meetup and Day Pass guests are good for same-day re-entry.
-
Registering a pet means we have your dog's vaccination information on file, but this does not grant an entry package. Check out all of our packages by clicking here.

Each parent is responsible for their own dog’s behavior and safety. While dogs are off-leash, owners should maintain visual contact at all times, be ready to intervene if play gets too rough and clean up after their pooch. Bark Tenders will be there to step in if needed.
-
The Yard is a social club for you and your dog, so we require that all fur pups are accompanied by their owner. If you need daycare, boarding, or drop-off puppy play, we have a variety of options at Downtown Dog Lounge.
-
Check out our meetup schedule on Eventbrite. If you don't see a meetup for your breed, let us know your interest! You can send an email to events@dogyardbar.com or let us know in person the next time you visit the Dog Yard.
